It was mainly due to my failed startup in 2015. That period lasted for five years, during which I stayed up late almost every night and suffered from insomnia. I kept trying to work through it, but with limited success, so I began searching for various solutions from 2016.Since my youth, I've had a strong interest in Buddhism. There's a Huazang Temple near my home, which has become my refuge when facing life's challenges. There, I find relief. Seeing the Maitreya Buddha's beaming smile and bulging belly, and the couplet beside it: "A broad belly can accommodate even the most difficult things in the world; a smile can laugh at the ridiculous people in the world," I felt insignificant, my own inner struggles insignificant. But back home, the challenges persisted, needing to be faced and resolved. Day after day, it was excruciating. I first learned about "The Four Lessons of Life" and the Cundi Mantra from Master Zhiran. It's a magical mantra. Every time I recite it, my restless mood instantly calms down. I don't know why, but the effect is truly remarkable. So when I'm struggling with insomnia, I recite it several times. Generally, I fall asleep after reciting it three times, and it works every time.

I also learned that serotonin (5-HT) is a crucial neurotransmitter and regulator in the human body, primarily involved in mood stability and sleep regulation. When serotonin is deficient, insomnia symptoms occur, and supplementation can alleviate insomnia. Aloe vera extract can indirectly regulate sleep quality by promoting the conversion of L-tryptophan into serotonin in the brain. Therefore, I conducted in-depth research on aloe vera extract. Upon its launch, our product created a huge buzz in the market and has achieved excellent clinical results. Some people with chronic insomnia have experienced significant improvement after taking our product.

In 2020, COVID-19 spread relentlessly around the world, leaving many people suffering from fear and loneliness. Insomnia is a common comorbidity with depression and anxiety. I learned that natural crystals, which produce 8 million vibrations per second and are widely known in Europe and the United States, traveled to the International Crystal City in Donghai, Jiangsu. Through live English lectures, I systematically explained the causes of insomnia, the importance of environmental improvements, and the sleep-inducing benefits of crystals, offering a completely natural solution for those suffering from insomnia.

In 2023, I realized that "sleep problems need to be solved with sleep," so I spent two years developing a bedding set specifically for those with sleep disorders. This set promotes microcirculation by increasing the oxygen-carrying capacity of red blood cells, and incorporates minerals and Chinese herbs into the fibers using a unique process. The resulting bedding has been clinically proven to be one of the most effective bedding products for treating insomnia. This is the journey I've taken in the field of insomnia research over the past decade.

It's generally been through four phases, each with a different focus. The core of each phase revolves around insomnia. I know this group of people is incredibly large worldwide, with at least 30,000,000 in the United States suffering from it. Because I've experienced it myself, I want to use my strength to help others. This is the meaning of my life,my IKIGAI.
