For a considerable period of time, I couldn't find the value and direction of life.
Because I was engaged in the foreign trade home textile industry, selling bedding fabrics and bedding sets, in my past leadership development studies, I have been taught to go from selling products to loving customers. My customers are all abroad, and I want to love them, but they are too far away, so it is difficult to truly make them feel loved. This makes me very distressed, even insomnia.

Once, I accidentally came across a video where Teacher Lea was sharing a concept from Japan in a live broadcast room, IKIGAI， Following her guidance, I wrote down what I love, what I am good at, what the world needs, and what I can get paid for. The overlapping part of these four circles is considered the "sweet spot" for finding the value of life.

Because I have been researching and practicing in the field of insomnia since 2014, I know that in many countries, the population of insomnia is very large, and the common concern is how to find most effective over the counter sleep aid. In fact, every insomniac carries a battle story in their heart that others know nothing about, and everyone's situation is different. As I classified in the survey questionnaire(CLICK THE LINK), some are insomnia during pregnancy, some are insomnia during menopause, some are anxiety type insomnia, etc. However, everyone wants a safe, effective, and non repetitive solution.

We are committed to improving the sleeping environment through cozy bedding, assisting with scientific and technological tools, and providing spiritual companionship through pets. Combining these three aspects to help insomniacs solve sleep disorders, I have also found my own life value in the process of practice, which is the value I create for society. I always feel that technological progress should solve social problems in the first place. If it cannot be solved, then what is the significance of developing technology?
