The 11PM Holy Ritual

This ritual is designed to be repeated nightly at 11:00 PM.
Consistency is essential. Over time, your body will begin to recognize this sequence as a signal of safety and rest.


Step 1 — Pause and Breathe

At 11:00 PM, sit or lie comfortably.

Take three slow, intentional breaths.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale gently through the mouth.

Allow the day to soften.

This is the moment you stop carrying everything.


Step 2 — Awaken the Relaxation Points

Using your fingertips, gently massage:

Anmian point (behind the ear area associated with relaxation)
Massage 30 slow circular motions.

Dazhui point (at the base of the neck)
Massage 30 slow circular motions.

Use steady but gentle pressure.
Let the repetition calm your nervous system.


Step 3 — Apply the Essence

Apply a small amount of COZHOM Sleep Recovery Essence to:

• Anmian point — massage 30 times
• Dazhui point — massage 30 times

The texture, scent, and touch act as sensory anchors.
This is not about force.
It is about signaling.


Step 4 — Activate Hypnos

Dim the lights.
Set your phone aside.
Lie down.


Step 5 — Surrender

Remain still.
